Refund policy
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges or returns at your expense within 14 days of your purchase. You can return your product for a credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the payment method used during your purchase. Items must be returned with their label and in their original packaging. Returned items must show no signs of wear (stains, scratches, tears, cracks, odors, size modifications, or alterations to the item...). Discounted items are neither taken back nor exchanged.
To receive a return ticket, please send us an email (contact@nunchi-shop.fr) or leave a comment in the Contact space with the reason for the return or exchange, along with your contact details.
If you return items to us that we judge to be defective and we recognize that this is our fault, we will happily refund the return costs. However, we will not be able to refund the return costs for unwanted items. Please note that we do not refund return costs for shipments made by other delivery methods than standard, such as courier services or express delivery.
Please note that the items you return may sometimes quickly run out of stock, as they are very popular. If we cannot send you a replacement item, we will proceed with a refund.
For defective or incorrect items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service. In order to facilitate the replacement of the item, please provide photos of the item's defects. If we confirm that your items are defective, we will cover the return costs. Please note that we do not refund the return costs for shipments made by other delivery methods than standard, such as courier services or express delivery.
