SHIPPING POLICY

GENERALITIES

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not delivered on Sundays and holidays.

If we encounter a high volume of orders, shipments may be exceptionally delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery and shipping during holiday periods. If a significant delay occurs in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

SHIPPING METHODS IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE

We offer standard home delivery or relay point delivery when an order exceeds the amount of 100 euros for Metropolitan France.

Available shipping methods include standard delivery, express delivery, as well as relay point delivery. Shipping costs will be displayed during the payment process.

For express delivery, a fee of 12.80 euros will be applied. This option guarantees a fast delivery, 1-2 business days, of your order.

Standard delivery is also offered, with shipping costs of 8.80 euros. This method offers reliable delivery within 2-4 business days.

If you prefer to pick up your order at a relay point, we also offer this option with a delivery fee of 4.80 euros, within a period of 3-5 business days. You can choose from a list of available relay points during the ordering process.

Customers have the option to pick up their packages at our address, at 46 Avenue Charles de Gaulle, 77630 Barbizon, by appointment previously agreed by email or phone (contact@nunchi-shop.fr / +33673665973), 7 days a week, between 1pm and 2pm. Please note that this option is subject to availability and specific pickup conditions agreed with our team. We reserve the right to refuse or modify pickup requests based on exceptional circumstances or operational constraints.
